What types of puzzles do you offer?
There are two types of puzzles available: printable digital puzzles for instant download, so you can print at home, and spiral-bound puzzle books, designed for convenience and comfort to make every puzzle session more enjoyable, shipped straight to your door.
How do I know if a puzzle is digital or physical?
Each product page clearly labels whether it’s a printable puzzle or a printed book. You’ll also see shipping details if the product is physical.
Do you charge sales tax?
At this time, sales tax isn’t charged on U.S. orders. This business is based outside the U.S. and doesn’t have a tax collection obligation in any state. If that ever changes, the policy will be updated accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit or debit card.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are securely processed using encrypted gateways like Stripe and PayPal. Plus, with SSL encryption, your information is protected every step of the way.
Printable Digital Puzzle FAQs
Can I print the puzzles at home?
Yes! All digital puzzles are in printable PDF format. You can print them at home or take them to your local print shop.
Should I download my file using a mobile device or a desktop/laptop?
Most mobile browsers have trouble downloading large files. For an easier and smoother download experience, using a desktop or laptop is highly recommended.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Due to the immediate access and nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please ensure to carefully review the product details before purchasing.
Is there any shipping and handling fees?
No, these are DIGITAL DOWNLOADABLE products, no physical product will be shipped.
How can I access my digital puzzle?
After purchasing, you’ll be redirected to a thank you page, under downloads, click the download button to instantly access your file. An email with your download link will also be sent. (Be sure to check your spam/junk folders if it does not appear in your inbox after a few minutes). If you still haven’t received your order, please contact me at contact@cryptogramevolution.com.
Is there a maximum number of downloads allowed for a digital product?
Yes, you are allowed a maximum of (5) downloads per file.
Does my download link expire?
Yes, after purchase, the download link will be valid for (14) days. I highly recommend downloading your file as soon as possible and save it somewhere safe, so you can access it anytime!
I purchased a product but didn't get my download. Where is it?
Ensure that the email address provided is correct, it’s crucial for order confirmation and receiving download links. You will receive an email confirmation in your inbox, so please check your spam or junk folder just in case it accidentally ends up there. Also, consider creating an account for easy access to your downloads.
If the email address you provided is correct, and you’ve checked your spam and junk folders but still haven’t received the download, please contact me at contact@cryptogramevolution.com and I will confirm your purchase and send your file to you directly.
I received my confirmation email but I can't download my file. What happened?
Typically, when users are experiencing an issue downloading their file after a successfully completed purchase, it’s because they are using a tablet or mobile device. Most mobile browsers have issues downloading large files. For a smoother download experience, please use a desktop or laptop computer.
If you are unable to resolve the issue and download your file by switching devices or browsers, please contact me at contact@cryptogramevolution.com and I will confirm your purchase and send your file to you directly.
I did not receive an email receipt. What happened?
If you haven’t received your email receipt, please check your junk/spam email folder, as it might have landed there. If you’ve checked your junk/spam folder and it’s still not there, it’s also possible that you entered an incorrect email address or made a typo during checkout.
In this case, please contact me at contact@cryptogramevolution.com and let me know which product you purchased and which email address you used. I will verify your purchase and email you a receipt along with the download link.
Physical Puzzle Book FAQs
Where do you ship?
Currently, shipping is available to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location:
USA: $5.69
UK: $5.22
Canada: $11.74
How long will it take to get my order?
Puzzle books are printed on demand. It usually takes:
3–5 business days for printing
11–14 business days for shipping
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your book is on the way.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your book is printed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because each puzzle book is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong product
Shipping delays outside our control
However, if your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with an issue caused during production, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Just contact me at contact@cryptogramevolution.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and it will be taken care of.
What if my order is late or missing?
If your book hasn’t arrived within 21 business days, please contact me at contact@cryptogramevolution.com with your order number, and I’ll look into it. Your satisfaction is important to us!
Do I have to pay customs, import fees, or local taxes?
If you’re outside the U.S., your country may charge customs, import fees, or local taxes (especially in places like Canada or the UK). These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer. Most orders ship without extra fees, but we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
